I too checked to find out the system deleted my history and now all I have in there is DimPro and Z3ta+

I called to ask if I was included in the 'contest' and they assured me I was

I could REALLY use a new DAW for S6 ( hint hint )

Never mind, isn't worth the flak I'll get!

Hi Adam-

I guess I'll have to call CW, too, since I can't log in with any of the addresses I've tried, even though I have return e-mails from CW acknowledging all my recent orders, so I know I'm using the right ones.

Thanks-

There does seem to be some disconnects. I created a new account in mid-December because my old account was missing. I was dismayed to find all my previous registrations still missing and therefore ordered my S6 upgrade over the phone (which took down the Cakewalk servers ;).

Anyhow, I have received and installed S6P and registered through the S6 "Help" menu. Just logged into the cakewalk store with no problems, but the registration for S6P is not there under "My Registration List".

I am a little worried about the registration police, but it's Cakewalk not Sony or Apple so I'm not gonna think too hard about this. Back to my regularly scheduled music creativity....

It's definitely broken. I tried to log on a couple of days ago and it didn't recognise me. I applied for a new password, received it and logged on and all my history is blank now. I tried to log on again this morning and it wouldn't recognise me again. I asked for another password reset and it now says it doesn't know my email address at all - which it did the other day !! Come on guys - what the dickens is going on here???

It's getting weirder. I just created a login account and the registration list shows products I don't own (and never ordered), like Music Creator 3 and Sonar 6 Producer. The products I do own, like Rapture and Project5 V2, have the wrong serial numbers. Dimension Pro and Sonar 6 Studio are missing though....

Uh oh. I wonder if their server's been scrambled, hence the forum blackout also.
I've emailed their customer service link about this. I don't want to find problems with future upgrades etc. when they insist I haven't been a customer for all the years that I have!

I was able to log in to "My Account" with no problem; however...

I emailed Cakewalk about this before, but received no response. I have purchased every upgrade from Cakewalk Pro DOS 2.* through SONAR 6.* Producer Edition and registered each version. I also have purchased / registered Pyro, Project 5 Version 2 and Dimension Pro. No information whatsoever is listed when I log into "My Account".

I have a similar problem, too: I have my serial #'s displayed in "My Registration List" but none of my registration codes. Xavier, not sure if you can even see your serial #'s in the list?? If you do see your serial # (but no reg code), there is a workaround to get your reg codes back. Go to the following link: Lost Registration Code. Here, you can enter your serial number and email address and have your reg code emailed to you.

Hi All-

How important is it to be able to log into your Cakewalk account, if anyone knows? Does it mean the difference b/w getting an automatic upgrade price or having to call them, for example?

I can't log in with any of the several e-mail addresses I've used for registrations and orders over the years.

I finally chalked up not receiving the newsletter over lo these many months to my ISP restrictions, but shouldn't CW at least recognize me as a long-time customer somehow? At this point, I have no access to my account, and it's like I've never ordered or registered any of their products.

Thanks-

-Susan

Hi Susan,
I have a similar problem. I can get in to my account, but only has some of my purchases listed. CW customer support said it would catch up and have them list over time.
Three months later NO

Hope they sort it out just for the patches to download without having to bring my Serial number to work. I still can't get high speed at home.
