Melodyne won't update

so the ongoing issue with Melodyne crashing sometimes, trying to update to latest version but it won't install
getting the message below. have emailed Celemony but thought some of you wise gurus here would know...(please zoom in to see error log details!)

I'm sure you tried restarting your PC to kill any active install process...

My Melodyne says it's the latest version but I can't actually see on the site whether or not it is. 4.04, is that correct?

I had a very quick response from Celemony they say it's am issue with the unzipper. I use J zip so need to try another one later to see if that is indeed the problem. Will let you know

indeed it was the unzipping for some reason. used a different one and presto, all is OK. mine updated from 4.00.200 to 4.00.04 or something like that. i hope it sorts out the issue with Sonar
