Trying to roll-back to version 1.0.0.7 but only getting the option to go as far as 1.0.0.11 :(
 
Does anybody have the 1.0.0.7 installer they can send me at all? I have zero faith in cakewalk support, I don't get any response to my emails.I have scheduled a call with support for next week but if that call comes through I will be amazed!

Install from X3 since you have granular control? Then copy the dll somewhere safe...

kPerry that might work. I'm on Platinum now but before that the latest version I had was X1 expanded. Pretty sure boutique suite and TS-64 was in that edition, can anyone confirm before I go to the effort of trying? (I would have to re-download the install files).

KPerry it was a great idea, it worked, yay!
X1 actually allows you very granular control over what you install, a lot more then CCC. So after downloading 6GB over installation files I ended up installing just TS-64 from a custom install. Then just a re-scan of VST's and viola!
Thanks to everyone on the forum who helped out, this was fixed thanks to you guys, no thanks at all to official cakewalk support who simply ignored my support requests...
Also really glad I bothered making the effort to fix it as there is a great pre-set called 'fat ba*tard' on TS-64 which is great for beefing up synth bass lines.

Good - now make sure you have a copy of the dll :-)

Oh yes, made a copy in a different folder clearly marked! I'm bound to update boutique suite at some point in the future without thinking and overwrite it so I have the copy at the ready!
