Can you do a memory diagnostic using the one offered at boot time, supplied by your Windows installation? It can have different results from memtst86.

It seems as the error is related to device drivers. If the device drivers are old or outdated than this can be a reason behind facing the error, so here try updating the drivers and check if the kernel power 41 error is resolved.
 
But if not then check for the hardware components like motherboard or the power supply unit and RAM as well. Try upgrading the RAM modules and check if this works for you.
