I am considering a new desktop build integrating a multi SSD Drive set up. 
I have Komplete 10 Ultimate, Omnisphere as well as Keyscape sound libraries.
That's over half a terabyte of samples. I have more sound libraries but not as
big of footprint for streaming.
My question: Will it benefit me at all if I have these 3 titles on their own drive,
or are they perfectly fine to be all installed to 1 drive.

SSDs excel at reading information. Even with data fragmented all over them, the sound libraries should be perfectly fine all on one volume.

A single SATA SSD sustains ~540MB/Sec
A single M.2 Ultra SSD sustains ~3200MB/Sec
 
You'll be able to achieve FAR more disk-streaming polyphony with several SSDs (vs. a single larger SSD).
IOW, One large drive sustaining 540MB/Sec... vs. three separate SSDs (each sustaining 540MB/Sec).
 

I have been on a several year quest to go all SSD. I am now there and was worth it. 2 500 and 2. 250. If you put your OS on an SSD to start you can upgrade others when you can. Way faster. Cooler and much quieter. Use your HDs for external back up.

I was holding out with HDD until a couple years ago when I helped a friend build a new computer.  Suggested he go with SSD for his new system drive.
 
My jaw dropped when we finished the build, and I immediately saw how fast the SSD was.
 
I went straight home that night and ordered one for my rig.  Like getting a new PC!  No regrets!
