I'm a bit mystified by this.  I'm using X3 on Windows 10
 
When I insert an instance of the TruePianos softsynth, Sonar changes it's screen resolution.  Everything gets really tiny.  Inserting other synths does not do this.  Only TruePianos.  It does not change the screen resolution for any other applications.  Only Sonar.  I can't find any settings where changing screen resolution is an option.  Any insight?
 
I suppose this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I just got this new laptop and I'm trying to get things working.  This is a new one for me.

This problem was fixed in July 2015. All previous Cakewalk DAWs using Skylight have the problem, see http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013377/Faders-and-Knobs-Do-Not-Move-Smoothly
