Deleting Files downloaded from Command Center?

My C: drive has just 74 gigs left on it. I was thinking I could free up space by deleting all the files that Cakewalk command center downloads for updates. Since everything is already installed I would think the 38 gigs of files are not needed anymore. Am I wrong? Did a search of the forum but didn't find this discussed anywhere. Thought I would check here and see if anyone knew the answer. Thanks in advance. -Michael F.

Hi. You are not wrong. You can delete the files after installing. If needed, CCC will download again (rollback i.e).
I have my CCC downloads folder on an external HD, just in case
All the best.

Thanks Scook and Ken for the replies. From now on I'll be downloading Command Center updates to my D: drive which has plenty of space.

I just go in and delete everything as a matter of course for general computer housekeeping. Sonar doesn't seem to mind at all.
