I was wondering if anybody has the Real Tone cable working in Sonar Pro. All the other apps on my PC see the device and work no problem. For some reason, the cable doesn't show up in the Device list in Sonar Preferences. I want to run my guitar through TH3 but it's Level adjustment doesn't pick anything up. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have Windows 7 64bit. Yes, I have the latest drivers. Windows does recognize it. It is the only input device that I have connected right now and it is configured properly. Everything else recognizes it except Sonar. Thanks for your help.

Try a different Driver Mode in SONAR Preferences > Audio > Playback and Recording

Try enabling input echo on the track. I doubt the MME driver mode will be usable for real time playing through the DAW. The latency will be too high.

I was able to get a Realtone cable to work in Sonar using WDM/KS driver mode.  It showed up as USB Input Device.  I had to set the audio buffer size to 792 (18.0ms) in order to get clear sound, but it worked just fine with TH3.   **Edit:  The latency was surprisingly good.

I also tried ASIO4ALL and can report that it does not work with the Realtone cable.

Unfortunately, none of that worked. I can get Sonar to recognize it but TH3 still doesn't see it. I'm totally new to Sonar as I have only had it for a week now.
