Boot Splat, open project…
If I use the Console and the Double arrows to go toggle between Track view and Console view  it works fine
But if I try to use Custom buttons the Track view will not come up until I mess around with the two views and the console view is split with track view most of the time.
 
Win10pro and Win8.1 single laptop monitor setup.
