I have problem where AD2 is not initializing right away when I open any project that uses it.  The problem also occurs when I create a new project from a template that has AD2 set up.  I can open the AD2 synth fine, but is seems frozen, or asleep. If for example I click on the window that shows the various pieces (kick, tom 1 etc.) nothing happens.  There is no sound, and no visual indication anything is registering.  I go through various steps to try to get it to "wake up" such as changing midi settings, or restarting the audio engine. It eventually does wake up, but I can't figure out if it is some combination of steps I am taking or it just does it on its own after a few minutes.  Anyone else have this problem or ideas of what I can do?
