When you say it's not available in Sonar, is it actually not on the list at all or is it on the list but not selectable?

Asio only lets you use one device at once and Sonar respects that.  If this is the first time you've tried to use the 192 with Sonar then presumably you were using a different interface before...
I found when I replaced my Firestudio2626 with the 192 I had to manually remove all the FS2626 assignments in Sonar before I could select the 192 as the interface.

This will apply when changing any interface.  Sonar is rightly holding onto the existing settings.

The 192 isn't showing up on the device list at all.  I've unchecked the Motu device I was using completely and even pulled the PCI-E card from the PC.. still not listed at all.
I installed Studio one 3 just to see if the 192 would work with that, and it says it "can't initialize the 192.. please check your hardware configuration."
