That is a Cubase eLicenser, a HP thumb drive (with Waves and Plugin Alliance keys), a Blackmagic Design Fusion dongle, an iLok 2, a Newtek Lightwave dongle and an old eyeon Fusion hasp dongle.

And don't go cheap. You are best to also make sure it's not Bus powered,
as those tend to interfere, unless you've got really good one.
