I am seeking suggestions for making a music video...simply from my desktop, sitting in my home studio, with acoustic guitar and mic: like so many hundreds of people do...
Equipment and software suggestions needed. What I do have: a home studio using Sonar Professional and  a usb camcorder, that I can mount on my screen, or put on a tripod. First, what video recording software do you recommend, and for a good audio quality....should I assume I will have to do my vocal and guitar into my DAW while shooting the video, and then in the DAW, sync it with the video ( while muting the video's audio)? Or, is there a video software that can accept my interface inputs?
