Well, needless to say this is not my usual account. I had to create this throwaway one just to post here, as I can't seem to be able to login with my real credentials. I tried resetting my password to no avail, as the new one doesn't work either.

I even tried to log in to this fake account using another browser, in order to check whether it's a problem with my account or with the Cakewalk system. I couldn't log in. Same problem as before, I get a "Sorry - we could not sign you in. Please ensure you are using the correct username and password." error message.

I'm pretty damn sure I'm using the correct username and password.

Anybody else with similar issues? Or any solutions?

Hi, and welcome to this forum (again?).  You should have a common login account both here, and in the Cakewalk Store. I would try to contact one of the Cakewalk Staff or Moderators to get this sorted.
All the best.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. What is your other account's username? I suspect it's just locked out.

Claveler is my usual account. I'm still logged into Command Center, don't even want to try log out in case it doesn't let me log back in and Sonar stops working or whatever.

I sent an email to support. No answer yet.

Hmm, doesn't appear to be locked out.

You said you requested a new password from here correct?

Are you typing in the password manually or copying/pasting it from the reset email? It's extremely specific. Some email clients insert some whitespace which can get caught up accidentally if you're copying/pasting it and cause it to fail.

Hope it gets settled now that someone from the "Bakers" is aware of it.
All the best.
Edit: They helped me a decade or so ago with the same issue.

I did both, copying and pasting and typing it out. Both of the times I got the same message, "Sorry - we could not sign you in. Please ensure you are using the correct username and password".

And of course, I reset it more than once just to make sure. Like 4 times, but who's counting...

I'm trying with Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Can't get it to work. And, like I said before, I can't even log into this fake account if I happen to log out.

I force reset the locking mechanism on your account and triggered a new password. Did you receive an email? (It might look slightly different then the one with the Cakewalk branding, but it should come from Cakewalk Account Management - noreply at cakewalk dot com )

I can't really see anything preventing you from gaining access. The message you're indicating is triggered if the username/password combination is incorrect and/or the account is "locked".

Other than that, I can't really recreate it. Nothing in the system discriminates against one user's account over another other than making sure the credentials match.

Do you use any addons/extensions in either of your browsers? What happens if you launch Chrone in Incognito Mode (which should force any extensions to not be enabled)?

I got the email. Tried the password. Didn't work.

I don't use any extensions, either in Edge or Chrome. Tried with incognito. Didn't work.

Tried logging in from my phone. Didn't work.

Is there any way you can try logging into my account yourself?

Yeah, no problems on my end logging in with your credentials. Can you PM me the password you received?
