Where can I find the bug report to attach the project to?
I believe right here:
https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Contact/Problem-Reportjust make sure you are logged in and fill out the details.
(there's a way to attach the project file at the end of the report.)
you most likely don't need the audio, just the project file itself.
