much better with track highlight. I would suggest you also use the same pale-orange track highlight color in the multi-dock, to keep things consistent (instead of the pale-blue).

I'm not seeing any pale blue in the multi-dock, but I think that highlighting the active tab is not a bad idea.

What I meant was if that if I have a tab in the multi-dock and multiple instruments loaded in the PRV, the active instrument is highlighted with a pale-blue.

For an example, look at "letter H" on this link:
https://www.cakewalk.com/...lp=EditingMIDI.03.html

I would like to see some indication as to what tab in the multidock is selected, as that's pretty subtle, maybe by using the pale-orange for font color.

Big improvement visually, although subtle. The contrast between selected clip backgrounds and the MIDI data are now perfectly readable and clear again. Thanks.
I'm starting to really like the new Tungsten theme. And the floating track names and colors in console view is also a nice improvement. Can't wait for noon today--big announcement.

My old eyes love the new theme... and I'm sure you're having fun thinking of new ones!  I haven't gone back to the original since the beta!
