I renamed the %appdata%\Overloud\TH3 directory and re-ran the BoutiqueFXSuiteSetup_1.0.1.14 and this time it made the C:\ProgramData\Overloud\TH3 dir and installed the .vst3 like it was supposed to.  And I now have the correct new version of TH3 for Cakewalk.

Thanks! This fix restored my TH3 also. I tried Cake support, but they were unable to solve the issue for me.
Thanks to the good folks here on the forum ( especially scook) we're back in business!

I'm definitely getting tired of debugging other companies installers.  The Overloud guys are good guys, but their install directory sprawl (we'll stick things all over the place) and lack of attention to details is disappointing.

Just in case anyone wants to know, the way I worked this is out was by running Microsoft's SysInternals Procmon tool while using the installer.  It records a log of every disc and registry access.  I then combed though the logs and saw what it accessed.  This is how I knew it looked at the %appdata% directory and then stopped installing TH3 components.

I'm having same problem, but the latest update for the Boutique Suite on my command center is 1.0.1.11 even after installing the  2016.06 early release. I think that's my problem. I went up to the Cakewalk site and that's the latest available up there also.
I tried renaming the Overloud folder but it didn't help

Did you look in the roll back menu in the CCC - that's where the BoutiqueFXSuiteSetup_1.0.1.14 is.  To see it on your "My products" page, you need to click on "Show Other Downloads" in the "Boutique FX Suite"

Specifically, which folder (including full path) did you rename?
