That particular keyboard sound on the recording may not just be one synth but built up from multiple layers on different instruments played by different people.

To get the fullness may mean multiple sounds/synths have to be layered on top of each other. Of course, you may need to programme the synths yourself....
To my ears, at a quick listen, the warm character of the pad on the recording sounds very much the kind of thing a Prophet or Jupiter does.
