Just upgraded to Platinum (with lifetime updates) from X2. I don't appear to have Melodyne when I sect a region and Region FX. I used CCC to download Platinum. Any help appreciated.

I think u might need to create an account at celemony to get the melodyne that comes with sonar. if u have installed it, did you install the vst3? version because that is what the ARA integration uses

trying going in to CCC, click on the gear icon in settings / choose "check now".
also make sure your using the latest Command Center downloaded from cakewalk.

If you have ever used Melodyne the installers are available in your Celemony account.

Have you tried creating a Celemony account? I already had one as I already have Melodyne Editor. I downloaded Editor to my new PC, and the Sonar version magically appeared.

I've owned Melodyne Editor 2.x for a few years so have an account, and updated ccc before buying Platinum4life, I'll try the check now thanks and see if that works just in case it hasn't downloaded. Thanks for all your replys I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.

You do not want to install the bundled Melodyne 4 Essential if you own Melodyne 2 Editor. Only one version of Melodyne may be installed and Melodyne Editor provides more features. Cakewalk uses the VST3 format for its ARA implementation. You may need to re-run the Melodyne 2 installer to get the appropriate plug-in installed.
