  • (SOLVED) I still can't update Sonar Platinum.

So, after a few months, I still can't update Sonar Platinum. 
 
CCC says Newburyport is the latest version.
 
I've reinstalled CCC several times.
 
My subscription is up to date until 2017.
 
I've emailed support several times over the last several weeks and haven't received anything past the "We look forward to being able to assist you" automated response.
 
Anybody have any ideas?

Maybe install CCC on another computer to see if it is account related?

Have you updated to the latest version of CCC.  (Which is build 1.1.5.0)

I find a few helpful things can be key.
 
-update to newest version of Command Center.
-Make sure windows update is up to date
-Reboot your PC

I tried it on my laptop (which is still on Hopkinton), and it also says Newburyport is the most recent update.  Account related?

Click on the Gear icon in Control Center and then click Check Now.

If you have not done so, download and install the latest Command Center http://www.cakewalk.com/Command-Center

Have been making sure it's the latest version of CCC.
 
I try "check now" every time.
 
Every.  Time.
 
I've emailed support again, starting a new case.  Hopefully I'll hear something this time.

Problem fixed!  Big thanks to Willy Jones in Support for finding and fixing the mix up in the switch over from monthly to annual license back in February.  Can't wait to try all the new features I've been missing!
