Why not include everything else mentioned here? While they are at it fix all the bugs (real and perceived) too. I fail to see the point of this thread but if it makes some one happy, fine by me.

Indeed. Still, from a relativist perspective it is a joy to behold compared to the carnage here of late

Thanks for the update. We'll look into your reports.

FYI: We have about 4000 plugins installed on our test machine. I have close to 1400 plugins on my work machine (with waves plugins installed)

THIS is why I love Gibson/Cakewalk.  Support right on the forums!  Thanks for checking this thread Noel.

Cakewalk relies on these forums for testing and support, both for free. If these forums "went dark" as Melodyne's did, new users would flounder fairly quickly. It often makes me wonder the percentage of new users who either do not come here, or come here and leave after one interaction.

Either they are smarter than the average user or "much less" than the average user.

4. Chord Track

yes - i would love to have a chord track... and maybe it can 'auto-detect' the chords either from audio or midi.

Great ideas!

....3) Better multiple controller handling in PRV (no - don't tell me to use automation - CC's can be more flexible)

I agree! I use a lot of controllers to control parameters for instruments like lap slide guitars. Having the ability to have autozoom like we have for tracks would be a great time saver. Or if you could select one or more controller lanes from a list would also work.

There is also a Sonar support group on Facebook. Quite often I will see posts there from people who have clearly never visited the Cakewalk forum. These days a lot of people turn to sites like Facebook and Twitter before anything else and do a search there for support rather than Googling for an official forum.
