I'm about to move from X2 Producer on Windows 7 to Platinum on W10. Can you recommend any tutorial videos or other sources to get me up to speed with what's happened in the interim period?

Cake TV! Cakewalk has a Youtube channel. If you scroll down a bit they did an extensive series of short videos explaining the new features individually. :)
