The scrollbars in the new version of Sonar are very dark, making it hard to quickly spot them.  It's almost as bad as Spotify!

I can see your point. I mean I can see them fine but they could use to be lightened up a little.
is your monitor on default settings ? (maybe you darkened it for taste ?)
because like I said, I can see them fine but I guess I can agree they could lighten them up a little.

I increased the monitor's brightness, but that slider is still hard to spot, especially during playback.

I thought it was just me! I waste more time searching for the little slider rectangle. I've tried adjusting my monitors, (they are great monitors), but no joy. When I do find it and put the mouse over it, the slider gets darker and I can actually see it, but then it's too late because I already found it!  It should be that dark to begin with. (More contrast)

I agree. They're way too hard to see when using the Tungsten theme.
 

If they could match how the scrollbars look in Kontakt 5, that would be great!

I like the dark scroll bar. May be they can brighten up that movable scroll in the middle and darken the other place to have better visibility. 

I had this problem too -- couldn't see it at all at first and then had trouble finding the arrows and slider.  But I like the dark UI so much I left it.  Then, I increased my monitor brightness to watch a video and when I opened SPLAT, suddenly I could see the scroll arrows and bar fine.  But they are too dark if you don't want a brighter desktop.

I agree I find the tool bar hard to look at and to locate things I thought I knew where they were.
