  • "Themes" not avaible in Platinum Manchester Update 1 (21.12.0.36)

Hi guys and thank you for your help in advance.
 
I was very exited about "Tungsten" theme and when the day came I installed the latest update but the "Themes" option is not appearing in my preferences pannel. Am I doing something wrong?

The latest update is 22.5.0 build 45, so you're behind somehow.

Themes were introduced with 2016.05. You have not updated the SONAR core or are running a SONAR from a different location on your PC. Run the update for the SONAR Platinum line item in the command center or locate where the new version is installed.

Hey scook! Thank you for your help. I already did that with the exact same result. Command center tells me I'm used the latest version wichi it says to be Manchester Update 1 (21.12.0.36), I tried reinstalling command center too and still not working.

Manchester was released in January 2016.
You may need to update the command center. I believe there was an update to the Command Center since the Manchester release. Get the new version here http://www.cakewalk.com/Command-Center

I tried that, even unistalling/reinstalling command center. Still stuck in Manchester update 1. I'll try reinstalling everything. Thank you for your patience.

I'm sure this is a dumb/obvious question but...
 
Do you actually have an active membership? Like maybe your subscription expired at the Manchester update so the CCC is indeed giving you the latest update you qualify for (Manchester).
 
Even if you've paid up you should check this out because there have been reports of memberships getting dorked up even though they've been paid for. In that case you'd need to contact Cakewalk/Cleverbridge to get it sorted out.
