If you're into digital electronics at all, you could probably use something like an arduino to scan the light output signals and convert them to MIDI messages.
Whether it's worth the effort though... well that's another matter, especially when something like the Korg NanoKontrol is so cheap.
[Edit] - It looks like there's no individual light outputs, so everything is controlled (as Alexey says) by a MIDI dump for each scene. So you're out of luck with this one, unless you hack the hardware and hook something up to scan the faders directly.
