  • How Do I Email Tech Support?

I have a question for Tech Support that isn't covered in the Knowledge base and I run it thru the Forum without success.  I'd like one of their technicians to address my problem.  How do I get to the email support?  I tried to get there by the menu, but all I get is a drop down box for my product.  I can go no further.

Select the relevant product in the drop down box on http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Email

Then click the link below the box that says "Get help for this product".

Near the bottom of the page that loads is a link saying "Contact email support."

Which should take you to a form showing your current support profile (if any) and a box below that to put your query/whatever in.

At least, that procedure seems to work for me.
