Select the relevant product in the drop down box on
http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/EmailThen click the link below the box that says "Get help for this product".
Near the bottom of the page that loads is a link saying "Contact email support."
Which should take you to a form showing your current support profile (if any) and a box below that to put your query/whatever in.
At least, that procedure seems to work for me.
