ProChannel interelave - is it exported?

If I set the interleave in the BUS section of the Pro Channel to MONO, does this setting also get exported when creating a wav file, along with all other settings?

Pro Channel doesn't have an interleave. Do you mean the Track/Bus interleave?
In any event yes, all settings will be exported.
