Since the update to 2016.5 I am unable to create region fx on tracks with Melodyne Studio 4.04. The track looks like it's creating it, but the clip doesn't get renamed Melodyne xxx, and the UI doesn't open and the option to open it is greyed out. HAs anyone had problems with this? - Thanks,Shep
 

Hi. I just tested on my laptop (with .wav, and .rex files), and did not have any issues with creating a Region FX. The clip does not happen to be locked by any chance? Or maybe a groove clip?

Neither locked or Groove Clip, Ken. I tried a different project as well and was unable to create Melodyne region fx. Kinda stumped.

Strange.
 
Just try bouncing the clip to itself before launching Melodyne.

That worked, Bristol. I didn't realize it necessary on a freshly split clip. Added to file. Hopefully memory is solid!! Thanks
