  • Does Sonar or Cakewalk have any signal/spectrum analyzer that you find useful?

Thanks.

I believe the SA was not shipped in platinum or X3
I use http://www.voxengo.com/product/span/
its free.

you could always use the QC EQ though to get a good idea

Didn't think like that for QC (to use as analyzer). Thanks.

IMHO Span is the best ever free plug, it has so many features and to use it in full takes a little time to master.

Ditto. I still use SPAN I because there's less bezel in the interface and I don't use any of the (very powerful) bells and whistles. I just keep it on my Master bus and keep the window open in the corner of one of my monitors when mixing.

I ALWAYS turn to the Pro Channel EQ spectrum analyzer when I'm questioning what's going on with any given track.  It's accurate and indispensable for me.

SPAN is good as others have stated. Melda Production also have the free M Analyzer which I would also recommend.
