I love the new Dark Theme offered in 2016.5 Early Access and look forward to some tweakability in the future.
 
One thing I noticed though is that in the past is that if you hovered over an FX plug-in in the console view a pop-up would indicate the full name of the plug-in. This no longer happens and all I see are several “iZotope” names. Makes it hard to figure out what is what when I want to edit an effect.
The pop-ups still work in the track view but I really need it in the console view. Has anybody else notice this?

I've just rolled back to the April update and.....you're right. FX Racks in CV lost the pop-ups in 2016.05.

I noticed a similar thing in Console view where, if you use Narrow Tracks, the track names can be truncated if too long.
 
Previously, hovering over the label with your mouse would show the full name, but no longer.
