Channel Tools is a newer plug-in to consider, if you elect to use a bus instead of an aux track. Aux tracks have a phase button like regular audio tracks.

If I were looking to invert phase on a bus I would use Channel Tools or use an Aux track instead of a bus. I would avoid 32bit plug-ins where possible.

what channel tool process does phase inversion?

this phase VST is simply a phase reversal... no heavy lifting i would think. i don't think 32bit should be an issue with this doodad.

again, this is just to organize things to my taste.

push comes to shove i will just leave the phase thing to the tracks and use folders/groups (which i am using now).

the plug-in is called "Channel Tools"
It is available in Professional and Platinum

32bit plug-ins load in an external server. No matter how trivial the plug-in there is still the overhead of the 32bit bridge.

i do all my tracking, editing and mixing in Sonar Plat, but then i send everything through my Pentium 3 running Cakewalk 2.0.
