The Maillard Reaction

I hope I pronounced it right.

Anyways... I'm getting ready to watch today's stage of the Vuelta a' Espana on the hacker site and I have a choice of EuroSport in English and Eurosport in British.

So, like... what's the difference?  Is the British feed going to have a bunch of words I've never heard before?

Listening to my cycling hero Sean Kelly's commentary on the English feed already seems exotic and novel for a guy surrounded by the "Southern drawl". What's the "British" feed gonna be like?

best,

LOL,  there are accents and words used here that even I don't understand...

I'm guessing the difference is that EuroSport (English) has commentry by some generic European speaking English as a second language.
