I haven't been able to find an answer by searching the forums. I currently have X3 Producer, and am oh so close to upgrading, I tried the 60 day trial but it didn't give the full functionality like it was supposed to so I didn't actually use it. What I am curious about is if there is a level meter in Platinum that's similar to the RMS meters offered by K-Meter or Brain Worx?

Long answer: No, but Platinum is still a big jump and improvement over X3 Producer. Worth the upgrade even if you purchase a separate metering plug along with it. And I think there's a special going right now.

Just downloaded these, It's showing 64 bit as experimental so I downloaded both and the standalone.
I use Wave Labs global analyzer to quickly find my average RMS level. I read here somewhere that we were to get more mastering , wave editing tools somewhere down the road.

My personal feeling is that we will get native K-level metering (and more metering options in general) as part of the rolling updates the coming year. This is in no way based on any information given out by CW. Just because it seems to become more common place and it qualifies easily as a "core feature" that wouldn't take a buttload of work to implement.

IK T-Racks CS has great metering suite and it's free.
