Not sure what the issue is but since receiving the email I cannot get to the page. Nor to the Cakewalk Shop for that matter. Two different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and they just time out. Never experienced one iota of trouble in the past.

Hi. Did you update to Platinum last year, and did the update this year? If you did, you should get mail on June the 1st. If not, there might be a some cue(s) to get sorted before getting it. If you did not update this year, you will not be part of the member's lifetime update deal. HTH

Yes. I've purchased and downloaded every upgrade starting with ProAudio 9. I can't even get into the Cakewalk Store.
