Hmm...  $99.  That's exactly how much I just had to spend for Toyota's Service Department to tell me they recommend $2,400+ in additional repairs to my $2,000 car (which, naturally, I don't).

The currency exchange for £79 is roughly $125.34 (similar rate  for Euro's). Since it's $99 in the US for X2 Upgrade, is the difference amount due to the Value Added Tax (VAT)?

I refuse to be drawn into this debacle bebate again.  VAT in UK is currently 20%  but we're being charged 25% more than THE REST OF THE WORLD, so they can't claim (like they keep trying to) that it's due to VAT.
