Maybe a revision in pricing is in order. Seems they made a boo boo.

UKP Euro USD 100 127 157

I noticed that. I just assumed that the exchange rate was equal between the dollar and the euro. I shoud have learned by now to not assume anything. I told a boss once that "I assumed...". He asked me to spell assume then told me that when I assume, I make an ass (out of) u (and ) me.

Interesting...

What is an Art Roberts reference and why would I want one?

I missed it too, slow I guess.

I remember when the GBP was a better bargain than the dollar not long ago. The pound must be falling.

Art died about 10 years ago. He was a night time DJ on WLS out of Chicago in the 60s, before FM radio, before most everything. WLS could be heard by most of the country at night and Art was really awesome. A true legend.

There are a few clips at the bottom. "Whopper Waffles" was just some cray thing he said... along with a bunch of other funny stuff. I grew up listening to him,Ron Riley, and John R. (on WLAC) John played 60s RnB sponsored by Earnie's Record Mart in NAshville, TN.
Those were magical days and nights.

that's exactly Karyn's beef (if I may be so bold to complain on her behalf).  it's been that way for years - since the beginning of cake time in Europe.  they've always charged Europeans more for sonar than US and the only explanation they give is VAT, but the numbers do not justify that difference.

they have also stated they do not plan to change the pricing for Eurporean customers.  they are stuck with the higher pricing.
