I have tried all of the above. The issue is that my account says I have no membership items and Platinum does not show up in My Products list.
It revolves around the Lifetime update deal I did with Cleaverbridge and they are aware of it but don't know how to fix it until they can contact Cakewalk. They said their phone contact with support is an issue also.
I was just hoping there might be a wayward Cake employee browsing the forums today and it might be something easy for them to fix by flipping a digital switch somewhere.
