Thanks for thinking of me. Im alive and doing great. Sold our house in 3 hours of the first showing to the first people who came to see it. Full asking price, they paid closing, and waived inspection. It doesnt get any better than that. 

We bought a place in Peculiar MO. I know, I know. :)  Been hectic. We didnt expect our house to sell that quick so we really had to rush to find a place. Im in Kansas right now going to do final inspections on the place we're buying. Been coming down here every weekend to look at places with the wife. 4 hour drive 1 way.

I'll be back around in a few weeks after we're in to the new place.

  Glad to see you round these parts Bub. Hope that move goes well for you. Never heard of Peculiar,MO. I have been to plenty of peculiar places that weren't really Peculiar I guess.
