The CTRL-click on the midi panic button don't work as before. Need to do this sometimes to reset my VS-700, because of an issue with the masterfader and the pan-pots. Hope they will fix this with the next update. So long i had to made a rollback to 2016.03.

well  TH 3 has been installed on my comp but  without the .dll to run it,does not show up in my platinum and the MB EQ has not been installed i even wrote to support for advice but got no reply..any advice here?

Did you install the latest engineering fx and boutique fx? That's how they get installed.
 

LPEQ and LPMB are very nice plugin except for latency and fall.
there are enough memory and CPU, why? It's the best of the plugin,
I am really hope to use a high-precision mode in synth-sound making.

Any LP plug-in must add latency to work properly. It is not a matter of CPU, it is a matter of time. The plug-ins need to see the incoming data before performing LP processing. To do this, the plug-ins must buffer the data. This is what causes the latency.
 
The plug-ins are designed primarily for mixing and mastering where latency would not be an issue. It is possible to eliminate the latency by changing the Precision setting in the Expert section of each plug-in to Non Linear.

yes i have installed all the new stuff from engineering fx and boutique fx but as i wrote the .dll for TH3 is not there but the program is installed as for the LPEQ and LPMB they are not installed, i updated from command center and chosse from the platinum catogory..i did have professional i upgraded to platinum..its a bit of a mystery as to what has happend????

Try going into Plugin Manager and do a VST RESET followed by a Rescan.
