Diet update: Life stress, inability to exercise outside since June (first alergies and then too hot) plus too many "quick" meals of fast food means I've rediscovered 14 pounds that I had lost.
I tried one of those fad gimmicks that purport to target your tummy and it worked! I went from a 41" belly to a 45" belly in one month without changing my diet or exercise regime.
*Sigh...*
