I'd strongly suggest scheduling a call with support. This sounds like the kind of situation that will require some back-and-forth, which could take minutes to resolve in a call but hours in a forum.
SONAR is not supposed to act this way so there is some kind of anomaly. This forum
excels at handling pilot error and general SONAR issues. However it seems possible this doesn't relate to pilot error or SONAR, but something involving Windows.
