How long is it reasonable to wait for a response from support?  They acknowledged my question and gave me a case number 8 days ago but since then - zilch
 
Maybe someone on here can help ... I downloaded Platinum and installed it but when I went to run it a pop-up informed me that the program had stopped working ... it never even started working!!! ... I uninstalled it and did a clean install but still get the same problem ... any ideas?

We need a bit more information that just "Windows 10"
 
Consider putting all the relevant detail about your system in your signatures like a lot of use have done - it saves having to answer the same questions over & over again.

Your problem is something isn't playing nice between your computer, your soundcard/interface, windows 10 and Sonar.  We need some more information about your computer specs (memory, CPU, drivers, interface, etc.) in order to help diagnose your problem.  
 
Have you tried call back support?

Is your machine fully patched (all possible updates installed) and all hardware drivers up to date? When you check your hardware drivers, go to the manufacturers websites rather than relying on Windows update.  Check the Windows event viewer for any disk errors (You're mainly looking for bad blocks).

Don't know anything about the support system but if you give the spec of your machine and the audio interface you are using there are plenty of people around here that will try to help you.

I see you have just posted your specs are you trying to use the Roland or the Wharefdale as the audio interface?
 
I don't anything about using those two devices but are the drivers up to date?
