After that floor excercise I think he might have delayed his recovery.

I'm kinda bored. I can't do much except watch TV. I can't sit in a chair very long and I have very frequent and somewhat painful trips to the lew. I can't play so I get up when I can stand it anymore and go look at net sites my Granddaughters post for me on Facebook. Luckily I have much becan in the refrigerator!

Hang in there buddy.....try and find some things to do that'll help you get though the day and make this recovery much quicker. (I would suggest reading the whole FSF, but that can cause serious complications (physical & mental) ).
