1 skinny bagel (110 cal.)
2 slices of becan (80 cal.)
1 Atkins Vanilla shake (160 cal.)

I usually snack on about 400-500 cal. from now until dinner.
Dinner is either:
Salmon
or
Skinless chicken breast
or
Cod
or
Filet Mignon
or
Hamburger
(ranges from 120 cal. to 350 cal.)
That and very little exercise has me steady at 14lbs lost in about 12 weeks.
I'll be missing my goal of 3.5 more lbs. over the next two weeks unless I cut down to 500 cal. per day.
