I've got a Moog Voyager that puts out MSB + LSB CC data from its front panel knobs.  It sounds nice and smooth but Sonar presents the recorded MSB and LSB streams as separate controllers - rather than combining them - making it virtually impossible to edit (that is, without dumping the LSB).  How can I edit these curves - namely, draw smooth fades?  Is there a way to tell Sonar that CC 10 and 42 (pictured here) are being used as MSB + LSB for the oscillator frequency on this device?
