My missus met her mum a couple of weeks ago, she was up here opening a riding school for the disabled.

Cool, bless them both.

I keep watching the 'helpers',  trying to see Karyn, so I miss a lot of the action.

I watched the volleyball, I like at each interval the cleaners scrub in line. For me that has been the highlight of the olymbics or is that para olymbics.

I also watched the womens football, interestingly enough it was quite good for womens football. I could watch this event every four years at the olympycs.

Good to see the Athletics team arrive back in the country this morning

England, I mean Team GB are doing well at the moment I think they may beat the record of gold medallions!

It was not exactly a meaningful game but GB did beat Brazil in soccer and they were giving Brazil fits! I don't think I have seen the Brazilian team so flustered with the long balls ... great strategy to spread them out and tire them out, btw.
