The 4 promo uncompressed WAV returns are now in my account, showing up as a credit.
 
I also have 29 First Class upgrades on American...and I haven't been on an airplane in 6 years...and I'm still Platinum for life. Woop de frickin' do.

Confirmed that they are in mine. Thanks! I'll definitely put it through its paces. Haven't had time yet. How long might those credits last, I wonder? Will they vaporize if we don't use them by month's end? Not that that's a problem, I can probably find time by then, but just out of curiosity... 

Nah I doubt they will expire so you can use them when you like.

Signed up a few days ago, didn't get the promo. Emailed their support and just got automated responses for typical FAQ items. Any way to get the promo as advertised?

Did you do it through the SONAR export?

I clicked the link in OP of this thread Sign up today and created an account.
Then I linked my Sonar to that account. (Set the creds for that account in Sonar/LANDR)

This was taken care of, promo shows in my account. Not sure if it was them or you, but thanks and this is resolved :-)

Good for the people who like LANDR.
Me, I keep on hating it and the way it invades the sonar-experience.
