Hi , Can someone help please.

We have been burning CDs to check the quality of the songs before we put to the public.
We have seen a lot of interference in parts of various were there is a build up of different instruments but not that many.
I realise one of the issues of poor quality is down to the blank CDs used themselves but also read up that the burn speed can also cause issues.

Can someone let me know if I can change the burn spreed setting within Plainum of do others use an alternative software to do this.
Can someone also recommend any type of Blank CD make that you have used that you have found to be reliable.

Many Thanks
James

Burn speed: No, you can't change it.
Software: Sony CD Architect or NERO
Blank CDs: Taiyo Yuden or Mitsui

NoEndPoint,

You would have to use a product like Nero Express to select the write settings like below

Or use Nero ROM the like this Photo Below

I hope this helps.

I may be wrong, but I believe Windows Media Player allows you to monkey with burn speeds too.
