Update: I'm a user of Guitar Rig 5 and never really cared for the sims in TH2, but TH3 has brought me around. The Deluxe Reverb sim is dead on, and the Ampeg SVT sim is pretty decent too. 

Downloading now. Is there a changelog anywhere? An Ampeg SVT sim is very welcome.

Caveat - it doesn't specifically call it an Ampeg SVT sim, it's called something like Big Tubes Amp or some such thing. I just assumed. Sorry to mislead.
 
Update: I just got a chance to check out the Ampeg SVT model, it's called the Bass SuperTube VR, and it's modeled on the Ampeg SVT VR. They do have a model called the Bass SuperTube CL that's modeled on the SVT-CL, but I assume you have to upgrade to the full version to get that. :(

I'm not seeing a new bass amp in this update. What's the exact title of it?

You have to download TH3 from the "Boutique effects suite". The new linear mastering effects are under "Engineering effects suite"

The mastering FX are the big deal for me in this one. Very timely indeed!

There's a bug with the External Insert UI not showing in this preview. Upon rolling back to the previous update, the UI for the External Insert was visible again.
