Yea, I got it but I think it is buggy because the new plugins don't show up! I just get blanks screens and they only show up in the 
"process audio" menu and not the "insert audio" menu! What gives? The program that scans the vst plugin also crashes!

This has been discussed in other threads. It seems to relate to certain graphics cards and the OpenGL driver. Cakewalk has been actively soliciting data from those for whom the plug-ins don't show up in the hopes of finding a fix soon.
 
In some cases new graphics drivers fixed the issue. You might want to see if updated graphics drivers are available for your graphics card.
